  • Where do KORRES' ingredients and products come from?

    Greece—our home and our ultimate inspiration. The Greek landscape is filled with unique, wild flora that has grown and been used for traditional remedies for thousands of years. From working with local micro-farmers to teaching sustainable practices, our method of gathering ingredients has always gone beyond just farming—it’s a labor of love and our eternal passion. Through a Full Circle™ seed-to-skin journey, we carefully transport each seed, fruit, or bloom to our six labs to be extracted, formulated, and ultimately returned to the soil as organic fertilizer.

  • How do you come up with your formulas?

    Our products are inspired by the unique and transformative ingredients we source from Greece, our all-women Research & Development team, as well as our skin’s needs. We create ingredient-first, results-driven formulas that combine the power of nature with cutting-edge science and natural technologies—all with the aim of achieving a specific skin goal and keeping our blends as clean and natural as possible.

  • How do you make sure your formulas are safe?

    At KORRES we are known for developing our products with the highest standards of testing and transparency. Each one of our products goes through over 500 tests to ensure they are safe and effective—and we start from scratch if even one of those tests falls short.

    Just as important as what goes into our formulas, is what we leave out. We have an ever-growing list of 2,000+ commonly used ingredients and chemicals that we avoid using an are always challenging ourselves to develop highly natural and efficacious products.

  • Do you have any samples or coupons?

    In true Greek fashion, we never show up (at dinner or in your inbox) empty-handed and love sharing the brilliance of Greek beauty with everyone we meet. Please enjoy a complimentary sample of your choosing with every online purchase and be sure to sign up for our emails where we’ll send you a welcome gift, plus exclusive promotions, and more.

  • How do promo codes work?

    We offer special promotions to provide discounts sitewide or on specific products. Make sure to stay connected to us via our newsletter to receive updates on upcoming offers.

    A few reminders before using a promo code:

    • Discount codes are not valid on previous orders, gift cards, and auto-delivery items
    • Promo codes must be entered before placing your order
    • Promo codes cannot be combined—only one can be applied to an order
  • Where do I add the promo code at checkout?

    For desktop devices, start checkout from your cart page and you’ll see a prompt for a discount code field above your subtotal.

    For mobile devices, click on “Show Order Summary & Enter Promo Code” at checkout, and you’ll see a field where you can enter a discount code.

  • COVID-19 Update

    Due to the impact of COVID-19, our fulfillment center has made certain operational changes to ensure the safety and well-being of its team and, therefore, is experiencing up to a 72 hour delay in order processing. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order(s), please reference the tracking number in your confirmation email, or send us an email at support@korres.com.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Shipping costs KORRES offers complimentary ground shipping on all orders $50+. Customers may also select other shipping methods at an additional charge at checkout.

    Shipping & Handling Delivery time depends on the shipping distance and may vary. Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders undergo up to 3 days of processing time, and this includes overnight orders. You will receive an email from us with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days from ordering, please contact our Consumer Experience team.

  • When will I get my order?

    Delivery time depends on the shipping distance and when the order was placed.

    All orders, including overnight orders, are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received and undergo up to 3 days of processing. As soon as it ships out we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days after ordering, please don’t hesitate to contact our Consumer Experience team so we can sort everything out.

  • How do I cancel or change my order?

    We kindly ask you to confirm all details of your order before placing it, as orders cannot be changed once they are in our system.|Yes, the vast majority of our products are suitable for vegetarians and/or vegans.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    We kindly ask you to check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are unable to change it after the order is confirmed.

  • My tracking number is not working.

    Please wait 48 business hours after placing your order, as sometimes carriers experience delays in picking up order or scanning them in as received. If you haven’t received any updates in the last 48 business hours, please contact us at support@korres.com, and we’ll do our best to help you track your order.

  • I haven’t received an order/shipping confirmation yet. What should I do?

    Many of our customers find their order or shipping confirmation email in their junk or spam folder. If you can’t find it there or anywhere else, please contact us at support@korres.com and we’ll resend you a confirmation email.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently we ship to the US territory, including Hawaii and Alaska,(korres.com) Canada (korres.ca), UK (uk.korres.com), Germany (korres.de), and a few European countries through (https://global.korres.com/home)

    As we hope to expand in the future, email us at support@korres.com so our team is aware of the interest in your country as well!

  • Is it safe to use KORRES products while I am pregnant / breastfeeding?

    We advise that all pregnant and/or breastfeeding women consult their doctor before the use of any product. Our natural ingredients are our pride and joy, which is why we love to include detailed ingredient lists for each product. Have your doctor look them over to help you decide if a product is safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

    In addition, we make safety and efficacy a top priority by avoiding 2,000+ harmful or chemical substances and only use EU-approved, absolutely safe synthetic ingredients when they are the safer option.

  • Are your products OK for vegetarians & vegans?

    Our clean formulas are plant-based and inspired by the natural Greek landscape. Under the details section of each product page, you’ll find the content for each formulation and whether or not it is suitable for you.

  • Does Korres test on animals?

    No, at KORRES we believe in purity of ingredient and intention. We are strictly against animal testing, and do not test any ingredients or products on animals, nor do we hire outside companies to do so for us at any stage in production.

    All of our safety and efficacy tests are performed at our Formulation Lab in Athens, using synthetic skin cells or on volunteers under the surveillance of a dermatologist, ophthalmologist or other medical professional. We do not sell to any countries that require animal testing and follow the European Union's strict legislation that bans animal testing on finished cosmetic products and their ingredients.

  • Is your packaging made from recycled material?

    Wherever possible, yes. We’re proud to be internationally recognized for environmental best practices, operating under a no-waste principle with renewable energy, and creating 99% recyclable packaging—it’s all a part of our Full Circle process.

  • Are all your products Gluten Free?

    The simple answer is no, but be sure to check the details section under each product to see the content of each formulation and whether the product is gluten-free, made with wheat-derived ingredients or may contain traces of wheat.

  • The product I’m looking for is out of stock! When is it coming back?

    As always, we’re looking to expand our assortment so our customers can experience more of the magic of Greece and our transformative botanicals, so we encourage you to stay connected with us via our newsletter or on Instagram (@KORRES) to be the first to know about restocks and new releases.

  • Why has my favorite product been discontinued?

    Our Product Team refreshes our skincare assortment annually based on the seasonality of our ingredients, new innovations, and global customer feedback.

    We’d love to hear from you about what your favorite product is and, if needed, we will be happy to provide alternative recommendations that best suit your skin needs.

  • What is your return policy?

    Sharing the magic of Greek Natural Beauty with you is our greatest passion, and we would love to help you in your journey to find the right products for you.

    Of course, we understand everyone has unique needs, so we gladly accept returns of unused or gently used items within 45 days of your korres.ca order date. Kindly reach out to support@korres.com with your order number, and our dedicated customer service team will be happy to help.

    At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels or refunds for return shipping costs.

    *To return a KORRES product purchased from a retail partner, please contact their designated customer service team for all requests. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders purchased outside of korres.ca.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Refunds are made to the original form of payment once the returned product is received and processed at our warehouse. This takes roughly 7 to 10 business days from the day you send out your package to the day the refund is processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

    We are unable to accept the return of any KORRES products purchased from our retail partners. Please contact their appropriate customer service center for all requests.
